Then I have good news for you:
ASAP Utilities is now also available in the Spanish language
.

If you have the Spanish language version of Excel then ASAP Utilities will start the first time automatically in Spanish (Español).
You can change the language in the options dialogue: ASAP Utilities » ASAP Utilities Options » ASAP Utilities options and settings...

In ASAP Utilities you can now choose between the English, Dutch, German and Spanish language:
Available languages

Besides adding the new language, there also also several improvements in this new version 4.5.5 that I'm currently developing and of which you can download the pre-release.

Training Connection

Very impressive utility. Are you planning other languages – French or Italian?

Bastien

Hello Training Connection,

Thank you for your compliment.

Yes, we have planned a French translation too. It is scheduled to be released before the end of this year.
After that it depends on how many people ask for a certain translation and how many companies would probably make a purchase when it is available in that language too.

Kind regards,
Bastien

Hi Bastien,

May the couple Live 1000 Years !

I recently used the Utility Asap->Format->Copy a page’s Page and print settings.” But it seems the page breaks are not getting copied. Also the Gridline colours are not getting copied. I tried it on various sheets and it is not working.

Hi Bastien,

May the couple Live 1000 Years !

Is there any utility to help select the rows based on row height or columns based on column width ?

Hello Kanwaljit,

Thank you for your feedback.
If you are referring to manual page breaks, those are indeed not copied, it is not among the presented options. I don't think that it is easy to do either or advisable an I have never been asked the question before.
The color of the gridlines is indeed a per-sheet setting. I have never been asked the question before to copy it but that shouldn't be to hard to do.

At this moment there is not a tool to select rows or columns based on their height or width. When would you need this and do you think that other people you know that use Excel would use such a tool?

Kind regards,

Hi Bastien,

May the couple Live 1000 Years !

Page Breaks : I am not aware whether there are more than one type of Page Breaks. Oops, I didn't even noticed that it is not in the presented options. Yours Fault indeed ! You gave so many options there that I assumed that it must be there. Strictly speaking, I personally need it a lot. I have many files which contains similar type of performa for monthly data. So when I change the Page breaks for one of them, I need to change the Page Breaks for all of them. Don't know how useful it might be to other people.

Gridline Colour : What is that "Gridlines" option in the left column of the User Form. I thought it was Gridlines Colour.

Row Selection by height : Whenever I create a custom Form in Excel most of the times I need to insert empty rows of smaller height to differentiate the data from the previous row to make it appear noticable. I may use the normal row height but that increases the size of the form and create problems in printing. But when I need to change the row height for those smaller rows, it creates a lot of problem. I feel many people who use to make performa for data filling may have faced such issue. Not sure how many !
