Supported Excel and Windows versions

ASAP Utilities 9 works in the following versions of Microsoft Excel for Windows:

• Excel 365
• Excel 2024
• Excel 2021
• Excel 2019
• Excel 2016
• Excel 2013
• Excel 2010

Both 32-bit and 64-bit desktop editions of these Excel versions are supported.

(Excel for the web offers fewer features and capabilities than the desktop versions of Excel. As a result, ASAP Utilities requires the desktop version of Microsoft Excel and cannot be used with Excel for the web. Differences between using a workbook in the browser and in Excel

Windows 7 is the minimum supported operating system for the installer. ASAP Utilities itself works with any Windows version that supports the listed Excel versions.

ASAP Utilities works on Windows computers with Intel, AMD, and Arm-based processors (such as Qualcomm Snapdragon), provided they run a supported desktop version of Microsoft Excel. For Arm-based computers, we recommend using Windows 11 with Microsoft Excel 365 (64-bit).

Additional requirements

ASAP Utilities has minimal system requirements. If your computer can run a supported desktop version of Microsoft Excel, it can also run ASAP Utilities.

Although ASAP Utilities itself is relatively small, the complete installation requires approximately 50 MB of disk space, including the PDF User Guide.

The recommended screenresolution is Full HD (1920 × 1080) or higher.

ASAP Utilities works with Microsoft Excel in any language, including English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and all others.

To make ASAP Utilities accessible to users worldwide, its interface is available in 10 languages.
