All orders/payments are handled by our e-commerce partner RegNow/MyCommerce, partially to offer several payment methods worldwide and to reduce the risk of fraud but even more because it reduces the (VAT) administration and thus we can spend more time on the development and support of ASAP Utilities.

General:

Some payment methods are only available if you choose USD as currency. This is for example when you want to pay with an American Express credit card.

Order without sales tax in the US

There is a special procedure for US organizations to order without sales tax.
In other countries, such as in Europe, you can just enter your VAT number in the order form.

This is the procedure to follow from RegNow/MyCommerce (part of Digital River), our e-commerce provider, for US organizations to order without sales tax:

We (MyCommerce) are required to collect and remit sales tax for states where we have physical locations.
Your order needs to be setup as tax exempt prior to placement.
If you are a tax exempt entity please fax your Certificate of Exemption form proving tax exemption to 952-646-5604 along with your Credit Card payment details and product details. Our customer service team will create your tax exempt order and submit it on your behalf.
If you would prefer to email your exemption form, please send it to
ordersupport@mycommerce.com.
Our Customer Service team will respond with a case ID number and a phone number to call to complete your tax exempt order. If you have questions about tax exemption, please contact our customer service department at
ordersupport@mycommerce.com.

Error: "An error occurred during cart processing"

If you get the message: "An error occurred during cart processing", then please verify the following:
Customers should always enter the billing address/name that is associated with the payment card they are using to place their order.

Error: "We were unable to verify that the information you entered on the order form is valid"

If you get the message: "We were unable to verify that the information you entered on the order form is valid", it might be because your IP address is blocked by the anti-fraud system. Please contact the customer service department in that case. You will see that and the contact details when you get this error.
