Quickly paste copied data as values without carrying over formulas or formatting.
This tool lets you paste only the actual values while keeping the format of the destination cells unchanged. This is useful when you:
  • Need to prevent formatting changes when pasting into a formatted table.
  • Copy data from external sources and want to paste it as plain text into Excel. It saves time compared to using Excel's "Paste Special > Values" option, allowing you to paste values instantly in one step. For even faster access, assign a custom shortcut via "My Tools & Shortcuts". Historical Note:
    ASAP Utilities introduced this tool in 2012, a decade before Excel added Control+Shift+V for the same purpose in 2022.
