Apply Sensitivity labels if required

Sensitivity is available if:
• Your Office account is a work account with an Office 365 Enterprise E3 or Office 365 Enterprise E5 license assigned.
• Your administrator has configured sensitivity labels and published them to you.

If your organization uses Sensitivity labels, then Excel files can only be saved when a sensitivity label is applied.

We updated ASAP Utilities so that the sensitivity label information is copied from the source workbook or you  are asked by Excel to apply a sensitivity label before an Excel workbook is saved in xlsb or xlsx format, or , with the following tools:

• Export  ›  1. Export selection or active sheet as new file...
• File & System  ›  1. Save file and create backup...

Free upgrade if you purchased your license in 2016 or later

If you purchased your license in 2016 or later (version 7.x) then you get version 8.7 free of charge. You can use the same license details. If you purchased a license longer ago, then please contact us for a 50% discount to upgrade to versions 8.

To upgrade to a newer version of ASAP Utilities that is covered by your license, just install the new version "on top" of the existing version on your computer. ASAP Utilities will then automatically recognize your settings and license information if you have already entered that previously.
